Getting Started
How do I get started with BathBoys?
Getting started is simple. You can call us, text us directly at 647-970-2808, or fill out our online quote request form at bathboys.ca/quote. One of our team members will be in touch within 24 hours to discuss your project and schedule your free consultation.
What is included in the free consultation?
Our free consultation includes an in-home site visit where we assess your bathroom's structural needs, take measurements, discuss your vision and desired features, review your inspiration photos, and walk you through the full renovation process. We also discuss your budget, timeline and any permits that may be required. If an in-person visit is not possible, we are happy to arrange a virtual consultation for your convenience.
How far in advance do I need to book?
For smaller projects we can typically schedule you within a short timeframe. For larger renovations we require a minimum of two weeks notice, as materials need to be purchased and ordered ahead of time to avoid any delays on your project start date.
The Renovation Process
How long does a bathroom renovation take?
Most bathroom renovations are completed within 3 to 10 days depending on the size of the bathroom and the scope of work involved. During your consultation we will give you a specific timeline for your project.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. BathBoys manages all required permits on your behalf so you never have to deal with the paperwork or the process. We ensure your renovation is fully compliant with Ontario building codes.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. Our skilled in-house team handles every aspect of your renovation from start to finish. There are no strangers in your home and no handoffs to outside tradespeople. This is one of the things we are most proud of at BathBoys.
Do you do a final walkthrough?
Yes. Once your renovation is complete we do a thorough final walkthrough with you. Any touch-ups or deficiencies are addressed before we consider the project complete. Our final payment is collected only after you are fully satisfied with the finished result.
What happens if something unexpected comes up during the renovation?
We let you know right away. Transparency is a core value at BathBoys. If we encounter anything unexpected during your renovation we communicate it to you immediately and work quickly to resolve it with minimal disruption to your timeline.
Can you renovate more than one bathroom in my home at the same time?
If you have more than one bathroom in your home that needs renovating, we are happy to work on both simultaneously. This means you get our complete focus, care and craftsmanship without any divided attention or delays.
Pricing & Payment
How much does a bathroom renovation cost?
In Canada, bathroom renovation costs vary based on the size of the space and the scope of work. Essential upgrades typically range from $7,500 to $20,000, while full luxury transformations with premium finishes, steam rooms, heated floors and custom tile range from $14,000 to $40,000 and above. We provide a detailed transparent quote within 24 to 48 hours of your consultation with no hidden fees and no surprises.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes. A small deposit is required to secure your spot in our schedule. This ensures mutual commitment to the project and allows us to properly plan and allocate our team's time for your renovation.

Materials & Design
How do clients select their materials?
After your consultation, BathBoys connects you directly with our industry suppliers where you can visit their showrooms and select your materials in person. Through our industry contacts you can access premium materials at up to 40% off retail pricing.
What is included in the design package?
For qualifying projects, BathBoys includes a complimentary design package at no extra cost. We work from your inspiration photos to create detailed renders of your new bathroom, helping you visualize the finished result before any work begins. This helps you make confident decisions on layout, materials and finishes. Design packages are available on mid to high budget renovations. During your consultation we will let you know if your project qualifies.
Warranty & Insurance
What warranty do you offer?
BathBoys provides a 5 year workmanship warranty on every project. This covers the quality of our work and craftsmanship. Please note that normal wear and tear is not covered, and materials purchased by the client carry their own respective manufacturer warranties.
Is BathBoys insured?
Yes. BathBoys is a fully registered and insured business in Ontario, carrying $2 million in liability insurance on every project. Your home and investment are fully protected throughout the entire renovation process.
